Product & delivery
The SavvyTradeOps Quote System is a digital product delivered as a PDF downloadcontaining a Notion template duplicate link and setup instructions. No physical item is shipped.

Licence
You receive a single‑business licence to use the template for your own internal operations. You may duplicate and modify it for your business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the template (or any modified version) without written permission.

Support
We provide setup support as described on the product page. Typical response time is within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).

Refunds
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
