Our products are digital goods delivered as a PDF download. The PDF includes a Notion template duplicate link and setup instructions.

14‑day guarantee (with support)

If you’re having trouble setting up or using the product, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll help you get it working as intended. If, after support, you still feel it’s not right for your business, we’ll issue a full refund.

• A short note on what isn’t working / what you expected

Digital goods note

Because this is a digital product, we can’t retrieve access once you’ve duplicated it. By requesting a refund, you agree to delete your duplicated copy of the Notion template and stop using it.

Response time

We reply within 48 hours (Mon–Fri). Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (timing depends on your bank/card provider).
